Sealing bands are used in packaging for sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length.

PTFE coated fiberglass sealing bands are perhaps the most replaced part for continuous bag sealing machines. The bands get very hot and it is not uncommon for them to get dirty over time and not function over extended use. It is recommended to keep extra sealing bands on hand at all times to keep your packaging lines running at peak efficiency.

Our sealing bands come in two styles:

PREMIUM: Provides excellent material stability and low elongation

TR (Tear Resistant): Greater flexibility than Premium material, especially good on on surfaces where a degree of conformity is desired.
